After a long career as a research scientist at the University of Riverside, Pastor Jeff received his master's degree in theology from Concordia Theological Seminary Fort Wayne, Indiana. The seminary is affiliated with the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. He has been serving at Trinity Lutheran, San Bernardino, California since 2006.
